Discover a little oasis in the heart of Bishkek at Urban Shisha Coffee, located at 22 Razzakov St. This charming café stands out for its inviting atmosphere and unique offerings, making it a favorite spot for both locals and visitors looking to unwind.

The moment you step into Urban Shisha Coffee, you’ll appreciate the balance of its indoor and outdoor seating. The outdoor area is especially appealing, providing a tranquil space to enjoy a peaceful moment while surrounded by the serene ambiance of the city. As expressed by patrons like Fahad Khalaf, this café is "somehow quiet and relaxing," an ideal setting for a laid-back gathering or solo reflection.

What draws many visitors is the enticing selection of shisha (hookah). Previous guests rave about the smoothness and flavor, with a special mention of the skillfully prepared shisha provided by their knowledgeable staff. For those unfamiliar with local coal strengths, a tip comes from H S, a frequent visitor, who recommends "getting two coals and not three,” especially if you're accustomed to shisha from the GCC countries. As you inhale the aromatic smoke, the quality of the shisha becomes unmistakably clear—it’s an experience worth savoring.

Apart from their shisha, Urban Shisha Coffee offers a tempting menu featuring a variety of delicious dishes that complement their vibrant atmosphere. Guests can enjoy a selection of items that capture the essence of local and international flavors, ensuring there's something for everyone to relish.

The café also hosts live entertainment, with talented musicians setting the tone for a delightful evening. Fahad Khalaf enjoyed a performance from a guitarist during his visit, adding to the café's charm and making for a memorable experience. Genealogy Genius noted that this spot offers a rare late-night option in Bishkek, perfect for those seeking a relaxed night out. Although they found the beers to be on the pricier side, the overall vibe and service made it a worthwhile find.

Speaking of service, the staff here are described as respectful and helpful. While some speak English, others communicate primarily in Russian, so it’s wise to brush up on a few Cyrillic letters from their menu. If you're unsure about what to order—or perhaps you just need something extra special—be sure to ask for Bashir, the shisha expert, who has garnered praise from visitors for his engaging service.

In summary, if you find yourself in Bishkek, treat yourself to a visit at Urban Shisha Coffee. It’s more than just a café; it’s a cozy retreat where you can enjoy the best of shisha, great food, and a memorable ambiance. Don’t miss out on this hidden gem that emphasizes quality leisure time in a bustling city.

The place is great. Somehow quiet and relax. There's an outdoor and indoor area. I prefer an outdoor and there where I sat. There food menu is good, and shisha (hookah) was great. It is near to many hotel somehow 10 to 15 minutes by taxi. The staff are respectful, and helpful. They had a singer and guitar player during the night which is amazing. The only challenge is that some of the staff don't speak English well, but manageable.

Went a couple of nights for shisha and coffee whilst visiting Bishkek. Amazing staff, great service, good shisha (if you are coming from GCC countries, get two coals and not three), but be careful because Russian coals are stronger than those in GCC. Some staff speak English while some only Russian. Menu is in Kyrgyz/Russian so it helps if you read Cyrillic. Ask for Bashir - he's the shisha guy! Alcohol is available. Please note place closes at 12.30 AM and not at 2 AM as mentioned on Google Maps.

Beer was expensive. Not many locations open this late, so this was a nice find. Sat out on the patio until, well, late. Didn't try the menu, but think i will next time I am in the city.
